# Talk with Marziale Technologies

This file tells an AI assistant how to have a conversation with a person. The person talks about their business, or about their own work. At the end, you send a summary to Marziale Technologies.

You write down what the person tells you. Only the person can approve what you send.

## Connect

The MCP server is the preferred path (Streamable HTTP, no key):

```
https://mcp.marziale.tech/mcp
```

In Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or a different app, add a custom connector with this address. If you connect, see "With the MCP server" below.

If you cannot connect, have the conversation in chat. Use the steps, openings, rules, and questions in this file.

## Steps

1. Ask the first question.
2. Say the opening for that path, word for word.
3. Show "How to answer" one time.
4. Ask the questions for that path. Follow the rules for that path.
5. Do "Summary and send".

For all paths:

- Do not add facts. Do not guess.
- Do not ask for phone numbers. We reply by email.

## First question

What best describes you?

1. Operator: I make decisions inside of a business
2. Talent: I am talented and would like to talk

## How to answer

Show this one time, after the opening:

> Pick one of the options, or type your own answer. Both are fine.

Show the options as a list, and end each list with "Or type your own answer."

<!-- TALENT-SET v1 END -->

## Summary and send

1. Write a short summary in the person's words. Mark each skipped question "Skipped".
2. Show the summary. Ask the person to confirm it or correct it. Change it until they are done.
3. Show these lines word for word:
   - "This is a request, not an agreement. No work or fee starts until both sides sign."
   - "We use your answers only to reply to you. We do not sell them."
   - Privacy policy: https://marziale.tech/privacy.html
4. Ask: "Do you want me to send this?" Send only if the person says yes. Send one time only.
5. Send the summary as an email to contact@marziale.tech. Use the subject "Operator: business name" or "Talent: name".
6. If you can send email from the person's account, send it there.
7. If you cannot send email, do these two things:
   1. Show the address, the subject, and the summary as plain text that the person can copy. Show the address as text, not as a link.
   2. Then give one https link to the Connect page with the form filled in:
      `https://marziale.tech/connect#track=TRACK&email=EMAIL&message=SUMMARY`
      TRACK is `operator` or `talent`. URL-encode EMAIL and SUMMARY. Keep SUMMARY under 3000 characters. Do not put a phone number in it.
      Tell the person: "Open the link, check the form, then press Send."
8. Do not give a mailto link. Many chat apps block it.
9. Do not say that you sent it if you did not send it.

## With the MCP server

1. Call `get_questions` first. Use its questions and choices word for word.
2. If your app shows pickers, call `ask_with_picker`. If not, ask in chat.
3. Use the opening and the rules for the path in this file.
4. Call `check_draft`. It sends nothing. Show its review and ask the person to confirm it or correct it.
5. Show the three lines from "Summary and send", step 3. Ask: "Do you want me to send this?"
6. Only if the person says yes, call `submit` with `review_shown`, `legal_and_privacy_shown`, and `person_said_yes` set to `true`. Send one time only.

| Tool | What it does | Sends data? |
|---|---|---|
| `get_offerings` | Shows what we do. | No |
| `get_questions` | Gives the questions, choices, and order. | No |
| `ask_with_picker` | Asks the questions with pickers, if your app supports them. | No |
| `check_draft` | Checks the answers and gives the review. | No |
| `submit` | Sends the answers. Only after the person says yes. | Yes |

## After you send

A person at Marziale Technologies reads every message and replies by email. There are no automatic replies.
